At this time, House of Leathers exclusively accepts Paypal and Cash on Delivery If availed (COD).

2. How COD Works

  1. Place Your Order: Select your items and proceed to checkout. Choose "Cash on Delivery" as your shipping and payment method.
  2. Order Verification: Our team may contact you via phone or email to verify your order details before we process the shipment.
  3. Delivery & Payment: When the courier arrives with your package, you must provide the exact total amount in cash to the delivery agent.
  4. Receipt of Goods: Once the payment is handed over, the courier will release your package to you.

3. Payment Terms & Conditions

  • Exact Change: Our delivery partners may not always carry change. We kindly ask that you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Currency: All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a customer repeatedly refuses COD orders at the doorstep without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from that account or address.
  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. Since we offer Free Shipping, there are no additional handling or "COD service" fees.

Because we do not collect credit card or banking information on our website, your financial data remains completely private. We only collect the necessary contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number) required to fulfill your delivery.

5. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@houseofleathers.co.uk before the order is dispatched (within our 1–3 day handling window). Once the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return Policy.
